Q:  How do I fix the error message “BASE/1132  Bound error” occurring at approximately line 673 in procedure OPENITEMPO, which occurs while I am trying to post insurance payments using Open Item Posting?

A:  This error message means that your Service Locations database has been damaged:  probably a frequently-referenced service location, such as “office” or “hospital”, has been inadvertently deleted from the database, or its reference number has been changed.  The solution is to re-enter the deleted location, or if it is still present in the database, to reset its code number to its original value.
