\tab maintaining a database of provider-issued identification numbers which can be used \par
\tab along with the NPI in field 24 of the 1500 form for as long as necessary.  This feature \par
\tab includes the \b\i Provider Number Wizard, \b0\i0 a step-by-step method which clues you in\par
\tab as you enter a carrier-specific provider number, including the 2-character identifier \par
\tab for the type of provider number.  This is much simpler than filling in a huge grid of\par
